The Overland Mentality Series was inspired by the late, great Kobe Bryant. “With the popularity from the first release and his induction into the Hall of Fame, we decided to honor him by doing a HOF edition.”

Much like the GOAT with his relentless 24/7 pursuit to be better, we decided to use 24/8 to coincide with his retired jerseys. The triangles represent the triangle offense that he thrived in and topped it off with the same purple and gold that he wore for 20 years. If that wasn’t enough, we had to display his accolades.

Specifically in this HOF version, we added his favorite accomplishments, being a 4x Girl Dad to winning 5 NBA Championships, a NBA MVP, 2x NBA Finals MVP, 18x NBA Allstar, 2x NBA Allstar MVP, a 2x Olympic Medalist and the only athlete to ever win an Oscar. His winning Oscar Speech inspired us to take a quote from him and place it on the sleeve to remind you to “Rest in the End, Not in the Middle,” which can be applied to almost everything, including hitting the trails.
